DealerDevice Online is dealer management and F&I software powered by Lease & Loan Master. It combines sales desking, financing, leasing, Buy Here Pay Here, contracts and forms, CRM, inventory and dealer reporting in one system.
What types of dealerships can use DealerDevice Online?
DealerDevice Online is designed for automobile dealers, boat and marine dealers, RV dealers, equipment and specialty dealers, automobile brokers, and finance or leasing operations.
Does DealerDevice handle both sales and leasing?
Yes. DealerDevice includes sales and finance calculations, leasing, sales desking, lease calculations and lease-versus-loan comparisons. Leasing has been a core part of Lease & Loan Master for more than 30 years.
Does DealerDevice include Buy Here Pay Here?
Yes. Buy Here Pay Here functions are included as part of DealerDevice Online.
Can DealerDevice desk deals and compare different deal structures?
Yes. DealerDevice provides sales and lease desking tools for structuring deals and comparing financing and leasing alternatives. Dealers can work with different payment, term and deal combinations before completing the transaction.

Does DealerDevice work on Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android?
Yes. DealerDevice Online is designed for access from Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads and Android phones and tablets.
Can DealerDevice print contracts and DMV forms?
Yes. DealerDevice can produce sales contracts, lease agreements, Buy Here Pay Here documents, state DMV forms and other dealership forms using information from the current deal.
DealerDevice supports both laser printers and impact dot-matrix printers, including dot-matrix printing for multi-part NCR forms that require pressure to complete all copies.

What types of printers can DealerDevice use?
DealerDevice supports modern laser printers as well as impact dot-matrix printers. Dot-matrix printing can be used for multi-part NCR forms that require impact pressure to complete each copy.
Forms can also be customized and aligned for the dealership's specific printer and printing preferences.
Is state DMV form programming included?
Yes. Send us a blank state DMV or dealership form that your dealership is authorized to use and we can program it for your DealerDevice forms library at no additional charge.
The form can be customized for your printers, alignment and dealership preferences, with customer, vehicle and deal information automatically placed in the appropriate fields.
Can LeaseMaster program my dealership's own forms?
Yes. If your dealership has a blank form that it is authorized to use, send it to us. We can program the form so DealerDevice automatically fills the appropriate information from the current deal.
Custom form programming and printer alignment for DealerDevice customers are provided at no additional charge.
Can I upload my own PDF forms?
Yes. Dealers can upload PDF forms into their own DealerDevice forms library. Support is also available for dealers who prefer to create or configure their own forms.
Does DealerDevice support e-contracting?
DealerDevice supports electronic contracting where completed forms can be transmitted electronically to participating banks, lenders, state systems or other supported destinations.
Can DealerDevice forms be used for tablet signing?
Yes. Forms can also be produced for electronic signing on a tablet, giving the dealership another option in addition to traditional printed documents.
Does DealerDevice handle boats, RVs and equipment?
Yes. DealerDevice supports automobile, boat and marine, RV, equipment and specialty dealer transactions. This makes it useful for dealerships whose transactions extend beyond ordinary automobile sales.
