DealerDevice uses information already entered in the deal to help complete contracts and forms. Dealers can use programmed state DMV forms, dealership forms and their own authorized documents without retyping the same customer, vehicle, finance and transaction information over and over.
State DMV forms can be programmed for DealerDevice so information from the current transaction is placed into the appropriate form fields.
Form programming is part of the DealerDevice service and can be adjusted for the dealership's printer, alignment and printing preferences.
A dealer can provide a blank form it is authorized to use and LeaseMaster can program that form for DealerDevice so it fills from the current deal.
This can include dealer-specific contracts, worksheets, disclosures and other transaction documents.
Dealers can upload PDF forms into their own DealerDevice forms library. Support is also available for dealers who want assistance creating or configuring their own forms.
DealerDevice supports electronic contracting when completed forms are transmitted electronically to participating banks, lenders, state systems or other supported destinations.
DealerDevice forms can also be produced for electronic signing on a tablet, giving dealers another document option in addition to traditional printed forms.
