Setting up your Printer with Windows 7
 

1- Select Start Control Panel Hardware and Sound Devices and Printers (the Epson LQ-590 seems to work well with
the LQ 570+ or 570e printers. For Okidata use our provided drivers to get 29 inches.

 
 
2- Right click the printer and Select Printer properties.
 
3- Select Preferences
 

4- Select the User Defined Paper Tab.

 

Enter LMW22 (largest allowable size) in the New Name Box, Select the inch unit, enter the width and height,
hen click Save. (the Driver will warn if youhave selected a size too long, our Okidata driver will take 29 inches)

tNote: if you can't see this tab then your Printer group should have a Server Properties option (on the window that shows all printers) and you can create the new form there and follow the next instruction


 
Depending on your printers capabilities width can be 8.5 10.5 or up tp 17 inches wide
and the height can be from 14 to 33 inches.
 

Now you can select the Layout Tab and then select the Advanced Button.
Then select the Paper Size button and look for the form you made in the prior step.

 
 
 
Now you can click OK twice to return to printer properties, select to Advanced Tab at the top, and again select the correct
paper size.
Select OK to close the printer driver.

After clicking OK your printer should be able to print the long contracts as well as the short
 
 

ones.
